¿Cuál es el mínimo de personas para reservar?
El mínimo es de 30 personas.
¿Qué debo traer?
Monte de Oración no proporciona sábanas, almohadas, toallas ni artículos personales. Los grupos deben traer todo lo necesario para su estancia.
¿Podemos usar la cocina?
Sí. La cocina está disponible para los grupos. Deben traer sus propias ollas, sartenes y utensilios. El gas para cocinar está incluido.
¿Hay Wi-Fi y servicio celular?
No contamos con Wi-Fi. El servicio celular depende del proveedor y puede ser limitado.
Recomendamos descargar con anticipación cualquier contenido que necesite durante su estancia.
¿Cómo se confirma una reservación?
Para solicitar una reservación, le pedimos que nos contacte con al menos 7 semanas de anticipación. La fecha queda confirmada una vez firmado el contrato y recibido el 50% del total. El saldo restante debe pagarse 7 días antes de la llegada.
¿Cuál es la política de cancelación?
● 6 meses o más antes de la llegada: reembolso de los pagos realizados, menos $50 de procesamiento.
● 90–182 días: 25% del mínimo garantizado.
● 45–89 días: 50% del mínimo garantizado.

Cancellation Policy
How far from your arrival date you cancel will determine what you may owe (or not owe). Please see this excerpt from the Booking Contract Policies:
Should you find it necessary to cancel, you must call the camp management directly and follow up with an email. For cancellations made by the host due to fire, weather, natural emergency, or other unexpected closures, groups shall be granted a full refund of deposit and any advance fees paid.
Cancellations must be made 6 months or more days in advance of arrival date to receive full refund of fees paid minus a $50 processing fee.
Groups canceling between the following time frames prior to the arrival date will be charged the following:

90-182 days: 25% of the minimum guarantee.

45-89 days: 50% of the minimum guarantee.

44 days – day of: 100% of the minimum guarantee.
Groups booking within the 6-month window will be held to this cancellation policy beginning with receipt of the signed contract. Failure to call/email and cancel your reservation will result in full minimum due charges.

What is the minimum number of people required to make a reservation? The minimum is 30 people.
What should I bring? Monte de Oración does not provide sheets, pillows, towels, or personal items. Groups
should bring everything they need for their stay.
Can we use the kitchen? Yes. The kitchen is available for groups. Groups must bring their own pots, pans, and cooking
utensils. Cooking gas is provided.
Is there Wi-Fi or cell service? We do not provide Wi-Fi. Cell service depends on your provider and may be limited. We
recommend downloading any content you may need before arriving.
How is a reservation confirmed? To request a reservation, we ask that you contact us at least 7 weeks in advance. The date is
confirmed once the contract is signed and 50% of the total is received. The remaining balance
must be paid 7 days before arrival.
