OUR VALUES

FAITH IN PEOPLE (Including Soul Winning) - Faith in people. We believe that no one is an accident either here or now. (Isa. 44:2) - Winning souls. We believe that every person, Christian and non-Christian, is valuable to God (Matt. 18:14:).

TEAMWORK ( Including Sense of Urgency) - Teamwork. We believe we are better at working in teams (Eccl. 4:9-12; Cor. 12:7-12). 4:9-12; Cor. 12:7-12; - Sense of urgency. We believe it is God's will to win and disciple as many souls as possible, in the shortest time possible (2 Pet. 3:9).

HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS (Including Family) - Healthy Relationships. We will resolve all conflict quickly and biblically. With grace, courage, respect and dignity without resentment (1 Pet. 3:8-9) - The Family. Our ministry shall facilitate the right order of priorities (Exo. 10:9).

EMPOWERMENT (Including Accountability) - Empowerment. We will intentionally identify and train others who can do better than we do. (2 Tim 2:2) - Accountability. Voluntary accountability guards the heart when we are placed in places of influence or authority (Luke 9:10).

EXCELLENCE (Including Relevance) - Excellence. We believe that God is worthy of our best (Col. 3:23) - Relevance. The Bible will always be our foundation and we will present it in a creative way understandable to all people (2Tim. 3:16).

We will resolve all conflict efficiently and biblically, with grace, courage, Respect, and dignity; while giving no place to resentment or murmuring. 1 Peter 3:8-9 - The Family. We will facilitate the correct order of priorities: God, Family, and Ministry. We believe it is unhealthy to stop serving God and that it is healthy to serve as a family. Ex. 10:19

EMPOWERMENT (Including Accountability) - Empowerment. We will identify and intentionally develop others who can do what we do better. 2 Timothy 2:2 - Accountability. Voluntary accountability will guard our hearts when we are put in places of influence and authority. James 5:16 - Accountability.
